Private lessons are available six days a week from the time we open to the time we close.
Lessons are either a half hour or an hour in length
Hourly Lessons are offered either every week or every other week

Summer is a great time to learn an instrument and to excel at the inistrument you are learning.
Many of our students return to school in the fall much improved and excel in their music programs.
The importance of continuing to play in a group and private setting through the summer
cannot be overstated.

"Whole Body Singing"
Saturday, July 25 from 2:00 - 4:00
Fee: $40
Pre-registration required
Start thinking like a professional athlete and less like a music statue. Learn about the revolutionary idea of Body Mapping and how it could correct alignment issues carried around for a lifetime. Listen as your voice and the voices of your fellow singers change almost immediately, and change your singing for good by becoming a whole body singer.
*Designed for singers of all levels and styles.

Covering the basics of playing the piano or the keyboard in a group setting. Class size is limited so lots of learning occurs!
Saturdays from 3:00 - 4:00
Fee: $80 for 5 Consecutive Classes

------ SUMMER Beginner Group Guitar ------
Covering the basics of playing guitar in a group setting. You'll learn proper technique, tuning, chords, theory, basic riffs, as well as learning a song or two and how to play in a group.
Saturdays from 12:00 - 1:00 pm
Pre-registration Required (Call and register by phone or come in)
Fee: $80 for 5 Consecutive Classes
Session I: June 20, 27, July 11, 18, 25
Session II: August 1, 8, 15, 22, 29
------ SUMMER Group Strings for Advanced Beginners ------
This class is designed for students who have been playing in the public or private school program for the past school year (or 2) or those who have had several months of private lessons. Students will have fun getting together to work on improving their skills.
Session: July 6 - Aug. 12 (12 classes!)
Day: Held on Monday and Wednesday
Time: 12:15- 1:00
Fee: $100 (breaks down to only $8.33 per class)
or
Saturday: 12:15 -1:00 7/11, 18, 25 8/1, 8, 15
Fee: $55
Students may opt to sit in on an additional class
------ SUMMER Beginner Group Strings ------
Designed for the beginning strings student ages 8 and up, violin, viola and cello. A great way and time to start a new instrument. Also gives students starting the school strings program a head start.
Saturday: 9:00-9:45
Session I: July 11, 18, 25 August 1, 8, 15
Fee: $55
------ Kid's Camp ------
Long time teacher, Margaret Belanus, will Introduce your child to the wonderful world of music as you and your child will be led through an exciting time of musical fun! Class activities include: singing games and chants, vocal exploration, classical music, movement, focused listening, rhythm activities, body percussion beginning notation, music & literature, instrument exploration, and citizenship.
Music Storytelling included for Ages 6 to 8
Ages 3 - 5: 10:00 - 10:45
Fee: $50
Ages 6 - 8: 11:00 - 12:00
Fee: $55
Session I: Monday-Friday: July 6 - 10
Session II: Monday-Friday: July 20-24
------ Summer Woodwind Sessions ------
This is all about getting players together to continue to play in a band ensemble over the summer to retain all that they've learned through the school year and keep them on top of their game. Playing through the summer improves their skills and and many of our students return to school much better players.
Session I: June 20, 27, July 11, 18, 25
Session II: August 1, 8, 15, 22, 29
Fee: $55
Day & Time: Saturday at 3:00 - 4:00 or Wednesday at 7:30 - 8:30
------ Brass Chop Shop ------
Learn methods to develop stronger and better chops and set your goals to help you move up in the rankings within your section. Learn:
- techniques to extend range
- techniques to develop a stronger and better embouchure to play longer and stronger
- how a different mouthpiece makes a difference in your playing
- how to be an overall better player
Day: Saturday
Time: 1-2pm
Fee: $55
------ Improving Practice Techniques for Strings-------
Learn the best practice techniques to help you be an awesome player! Your practice techniques will help you meet your goals. Prepare for All City, Regional Band, State Band or Jazz and other bands at your school.
- Learn the methods to boost your score and make those groups you want to be in
- Learn how to practice for sight reading
- Learn your prepared material
Day: July 18, 25, August 1, 8
Time: 4-5
Fee: $50
